The yourBIGplans.com 500 Sprint Car Tour event at Toledo Speedway scheduled for Sunday, June 14th has been canceled due to forecasted wet weather. At this time, a rescheduled date for the Monroe Asphalt 40 has not been determined.

The YourBIGPlans.com 500 Sprint Car Tour returns to action this Sunday, June 14, as a talented field of pavement sprint car competitors converges on Toledo Speedway for the Monroe Asphalt 40.

Winchester Speedway is proud to announce that Neal Metal Recycling & Processing will once again serve as the title sponsor of the Neal Metal Recycling & Processing Tom Bigelow Showdown, scheduled for Sunday, June 28. The event will feature the stars of the yourBIGplans.com 500 Sprint Car Tour competing on the historic high banks of Winchester Speedway.

The late 2010’s at the Little 500 were dominated by Kody Swanson. He won the race three times in four years, winning all three in dominating fashion, including having been the most recent driver to have the entire field lapped at the finish in 2019.

The first five rows for the 78th Annual Unified Group Services Little 500 Presented By ED Martin Automotive Sales has been set following CB Fabricating Pole Day at Anderson Speedway.

Tyler Roahrig won the pole for the Little 500 for the second consecutive year and third time overall.  The two-time Little 500 champion posted a four lap time of a 44.002 puts him on the inside front row for Saturday’s race.

The 78th Annual Unified Group Services Little 500 Presented By ED Martin Automotive Group officially kicked off Wednesday afternoon with Practice Day.  Race teams had three hours of track time to dial their cars in for Thursday’s CB Fabricating Pole Day and Saturday’s Little 500.

There is nothing quite like Little 500 week at Anderson Speedway.

For nearly eight decades, the Little 500 has stood as the ultimate test in pavement sprint car racing. 500 grueling laps around Anderson Speedway’s quarter-mile oval where patience, strategy, durability, and speed all collide under the lights. It is the biggest pavement sprint car race on the planet, and on Saturday night, one driver will add their name to one of short-track racing’s most prestigious winner’s lists.

For 30 years, Anderson Speedway has been under the leadership of Rick Dawson, a milestone that now makes him the longest-tenured owner in the track’s history. In a sport defined by constant change, financial pressure, and generational turnover, three decades at the same helm represents more than longevity — it reflects persistence, adaptation, and a long-term commitment to keeping a historic racing venue alive.

One of Anderson Speedway’s most accomplished hometown racers is set to take on the biggest challenge of his career, as Josh Poore will officially compete in the 78th Annual Unified Group Services Little 500 presented by Ed Martin Automotive Group at Anderson Speedway, driving for AP Driver Development with primary sponsorship from Yarberry Companies.

ANDERSON, Ind. - For Pendleton’s Travis Welpott, the Unified Group Services Little 500 presented by ED Martin Automotive Group has always represented something bigger than just another race.

“It’s the pinnacle of pavement sprint car racing,” Welpott said. “For a non-wing guy, this is what you dream about. It’s the biggest race there is.”

This May, Welpott will return to Anderson Speedway’s historic 500-lap classic after enduring one of the toughest stretches of his racing career. A grueling two-year battle with wrist injuries that nearly ended his time behind the wheel.

ANDERSON – Veteran driver Kody Swanson led all 100-laps to capture the opening event for the yourBigplan.com 500 Sprint Car Tour.

Defending race winner Dakoda Armstrong set fast time during qualifying Saturday at Anderson Speedway besting Tyler Roahrig by one hundreth of a second with Swanson, Derek Bischak and Colton Bettis rounding out the top five.

The yourBIGplans.com 500 Sprint Car Tour officially kicks off their 2026 season this Saturday, April 18th with the Glen Niebel Classic presented by CB Fabricating at Anderson Speedway. The 26th edition of the Glen Niebel Classic will be the fourth consecutive year that the event begins the 500 Sprint Car Tour schedule.

For the 2026 racing season, BHR Performance is proud to introduce the “BHR Performance Rookie of the Race” award, which will be presented at every event in both the YourBigPlans.com 500 Sprint Car Tour and the Kenyon Midget Series.

This new initiative is designed to recognize and support emerging talent in the sport. At each feature race, the highest-finishing rookie driver in both series will receive a $100 credit toward purchases of $200 or more at BHR-performance.com.

On yourBIGplans.com 500 Sprint Car Tour Media Day, 19 drivers were asked some hardpressed survey of six questions. Some drivers selected more than one answer and some others had some interesting responses.
